day 4 and 5.

       Day 4. My family and I drove back to Vegas. Long drive! Thank you, Lord, for safe travels. He who hungers and thirst for righteousness shall be filled.
       Day 5.  Rosh Hashanah starts today, so I looked up what this day means. "The Mishnah also sets this day aside as the new year for calculating calendar years and sabbatical (shmita) and jubilee (yovel) years. Jews believe Rosh Hashanah represents either analogically or literally the creation of the World, or Universe. However, according to one view in the Talmud, that of R. Eleazar, Rosh Hashanah commemorates the creation of man, which entails that five days earlier, the 25 of Elul, was the first day of creation of the Universe."
Did you get that? Five days earlier was the first day of creation of the Universe!!! Crazy how that lined up on day 5 for this fast. He knows what He's doing! One of the words I'm hearing today is from Acts 5:39. A religious leader said about the disciples,"For if this idea of theirs or its execution is of human origin, it will collapse; but if it is from God, you will never be able to put them down, and you risk finding yourselves at war with God." No man can stop the Kingdom of God. He's coming to reign!
   "Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained ^apromises, stopped the mouths of ^blions, 34 Quenched the violence of ^afire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made ^bstrong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens.35 Women received their dead raised to life again: and others were tortured, not accepting ^adeliverance; that they might obtain ^ba better resurrection: 36 And others had trial of ^acruel ^bmockings and scourgings, yea, moreover of bonds and imprisonment: 37 They were ^astoned, they were sawn asunder, were tempted, were slain with the sword: they wandered about in sheepskins and goatskins; being destitute, afflicted, tormented;

Hebrew 11:33- 12:2. Where will Faith take you? I'm hooked. I can't get enough of Him in my life. Jesus, come have Your way! My heart is Your alter, come light Your fire!
